Student Voice & Leadership

At Risdon Park Primary School, students are encouraged to take an active role in school life. We provide opportunities for students to develop confidence, responsibility, and leadership skills, while building a strong sense of belonging and pride in their school.

Leadership Opportunities

Students can participate in a range of leadership roles, including Student Leaders, House Captains, Thura Kungapa (Indigenous) Leaders and Kids Co Representatives. These roles enable students to contribute to decision-making and represent their peers.

Student Voice

Students are encouraged to share their ideas and take ownership of their learning through goal-setting, student conferencing, and leadership opportunities. Student voice plays an important role in shaping our school community.
